It was like that before pre update, when I was up there, any base I got offered, even for 1 cup, I attacked instantly, but the big problem is, and something SC really had an oversight on was how often people while under shield would skip offers in shield, trying to look for the big whale, there is no incentive to break shield early for a crappy offer in shield anymore, so people have gotten picky while in shield to search for a fat offer, which has feed the current problem even worse, of course once your shield is down you will hit any offer you see, but the problem is, because of the issues earlier, can search the whole shield without attacking and even the non shielded time and not get a single offer.
The only things that I can think of on how to possibly address it is to either reduce village guards effect in high league (So you don't upset the players below farming) or make defence occur more often (Though that also would likely lead to people being upset without more balancing on defence)Īnyone have any other ideas to possibly address the problem? Would be nice to generate some ideas on how to possibly fix this mess, supercell made an epic fail on addressing the clouds :( If this is how supercell intends for this to continue, I can see myself and a ton of other pushers being completely done with the game, it's not fun, and the point of a game is being able to play and enjoy, not stare endlessly for hours for just one little base. I have clan members who are in legends, and they are reporting often about clouds taking between 16-26 hours of searching, to find ONE base to raid, ONE, this surely couldn't of had been supercell's intention, people up here are not even playing the game anymore, they are stuck in clouds with nothing to raid or do, and the reason I say that it couldn't of had been what they intended is that I am also spending far less gems then I did before the update boosting up here, because boosting is basically pointless now.
This is perspective someone who before the update, was in the top 200 global for over a month before the update hit and when the update came, I dropped for a while to farm the new defences and warden because I couldn't be bothered spending so much money gemming the update especially with x-mas to worry about.Īfter I decided I had stuff done decently enough, went back to pushing, hit the first major cloud patch near titan 2, figured just normal clouds, they were quickly getting worse fast as I went up in titan 2, by the time I hit titan 1 and started to make the progression to legends again, the clouds have already hit how bad they were in the wait time pre update on top 200 global, and currently, I am sitting around 4850, I have spun 8 hours without finding a SINGLE base, I never had clouds this bad when I was in the top 200 global and I am nowhere near the top 200 and clouds are horrific.
